Senate minority leader Enyinnaya Abaribe, who is representing Abia-South Senatorial District at the National Assembly, has mocked dictator Buhari over comments the tyrant made during a recorded interview with AriseTV and aired on Friday, June 11, 2021.
During the interview, dictator Buhari had been asked his position about the Indigenous People of Biafra [IPOB], to which the tyrant responded in his violent characteristic fashion, saying that his regime will mobilise the police and the military to go after them.
Dictator Buhari said:
“IPOB is just like a dot in a circle and they have nowhere to turn to. They are spread everywhere and they have investments and properties everywhere and in other areas.
“They don’t know what they are doing. How we will handle them is to mobilise the police and the military to go after them.”
Shortly after the comment, Abaribe, who is known to be very critical of the Buhari dictatorship, and an open support of IPOB, has been seen cladded in a shirt with the words: “The Dot Nation,” written in the three colours that make up the Biafran flag.
The senator was one of the sureties of IPOB’s leader Nnamdi Kanu during his trial in Nigeria for asking for the independence of the Biafran nation. Kanu eventually jumped bail after Buratai-led Nigerian Army attacked his home with the intent of killing him.
