Former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria Professor Charles Soludo, flag bearer of the All Progressives Grand Alliance [APGA] in the gubernatorial election slated for November 6, 2021, blasted Andy Uba of the All Progressives Congress [APC] on Monday, November 1.
Soludo opined that Uba, an associate of former Nigerian president Olusegun Obasanjo, was a domestic staff at the Aso Rock, cleaning President Obasanjo’s shoes.
Soludo made the comments whilst speaking about his relationship with Uba during the governorship debate organised by Arise TV in Awka, Anambra State capital.
“I am aware Uba was a masseur in the United States.
“He later became a domestic staff in the Villa cleaning President Obasanjo’s shoes.
“If throwing my name about gives Andy Uba a good CV, I should concede that to him.”
The former Central Bank governor also said that Uba begged him to join Nigeria’s anti-people party, APC.
Meanwhile, dictator Buhari moved several thousands of armed soldiers, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps [NSCDC], police, Department of State Services [DSS], Air force, etc to Anambra State ahead of the November 6 election.
Since then, dictator Buhari’s armed men have turned the state into a war zone under the pretext of conducting an election.
In one of the videos seen by CitizensAlert, armed policemen were seen firing guns in a neighbourhood, with residents abandoning their homes and seeking refuge in bushes.
